Our terms of Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows :-

RETURN POLICY

1- We do quality control of all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at info@simplecraze.com

2- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3– Please make an unboxing video after receiving the parcel. Without the video, will not be liable for any defective/ wrong product received.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If the fabrics are being returned due to a manufacturing defect within 48 hrs from the date of delivery, we will replace the item. Customers will have to bear the cost of returning the product back to us. Once we have received the Exchange order back from the customer then within 2 to 7 Days we will ship the exchanged product demanded by the customer.
