How to Request a Replacement

If you’ve received the wrong item, please follow the steps below:

Kindly share the following:

  1. Clear images of the product showing the issue.
  2. A mandatory unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package being opened and the incorrect product received.

This video proof helps us investigate and resolve the issue swiftly. Without it, we regret that we will not be able to process a replacement.

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

reverse pickup will be arranged, which may take 2–3 business days.

It may take an additional 4–6 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.

Upon inspection and approval, we will proceed with shipping the correct item.

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
